Prenatal Support
I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to get to know you and your birth goals. Together we will create a plan unique to you and one that will help you create a positive birth experience. I also offer support through text and email up to 3 weeks postpartum.
Labor & Birth Support
I will provide emotional and physical support to you and your partner for the full duration of your labor and delivery. I will help you communicate effectively with your birth team in order to reach your birth goals. I can also assist in establishing breastfeeding.

Postpartum Support
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very overwhelming and stressful. My role in postpartum support is to ensure you get the best information and care possible to promote a smooth transition into parenthood. I offer support with educational resources to help with postpartum recovery including aspects of mental and physical health. I can also assist with early breastfeeding and basic infant care.
